Nick Miller joined Lightscape, Inc. in 2006 with a background in Landscape Architecture. He received his Bachelors of Landscape Architecture from Michigan State University and has worked for a variety of top firms in the Chicago area, focusing on high-end residential landscape design. He draws upon his professional experience to provide clients with outdoor lighting designs that are both conscious of the landscape design intent and overall environmental impact.
As an active member of the design team, Nick has participated in the design and management of such projects as Barrington Hills Country Club (Barrington Hills, Illinois), Sunset Ridge Country Club (Northfield, Illinois), FFC Gym Old Town Rooftop (Chicago), as well as residential projects of all sizes.
Gordon Willis joined Lightscape, Inc. in early 2011 with a background in Landscape Architecture. He received his Graduate Diploma and Bachelors of Landscape Architecture from Leeds Metropolitan University, England, and has worked for a variety of reputable firms both in the UK and the Chicago area. His attention to detail is an essential component to the success of any outdoor lighting design solution.
As an active member of the design team, Gordon has been responsible for the lighting design and management of many fine residential projects throughout the Chicago area.
Ubaldo Marquez joined Lightscape, Inc. in 2008 and has taken on the roles of service manager, design, sales and project manager. He received his certification to sell and install Eaton generators in 2009. Ubaldo pulls from his previous experience in sales and service to provide our customers with unmatched personal attention and support.
As an active member of the design team, Ubaldo has been involved in the design and management of many high end residential projects throughout the Midwest. He has received rave reviews from clients for his outstanding support and management during his tenure as service manager.
Michael Pesola joined Lightscape in 2018 to take over the role of service manager. He has followed in Ubaldo's footsteps ensuring clients are supported to the level they expect.
He has a construction management background providing him the knowledge and experience needed to take on the rigors of his position.
Al Martinez, Lightscape, Inc.'s Vice President, has an unmatched knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems amassed from years of industry experience. In 1993 he started working with Steve installing outdoor lighting systems for a premier Landscape Architecture and construction firm. When Steve purchased the company in 1995, he asked Al to become a partner of Lightscape, Inc. and soon after he received his electrical license. As lead electrician and crew manager, Al's vast knowledge and attention to detail keeps our outdoor lighting installation techniques unmatched in the industry.
Al oversees just about every project in one way or another and has participated in the installation management of such projects as Water Tower Place (Chicago), Musha Cay Resort (Bahamas), Griffith Labs (Alsip, IL), Lake Shore Country Club (Glencoe, IL) Shore Acres Country Club (Lake Bluff, IL), Crate and Barrel (Chicago), as well as residential and commercial projects of all sizes.
Angie joined Lightscape, Inc. in 2009 and has quickly become a pivotal part of our team. Her role at the firm focuses on organizational development, office administration, service crew coordination, and assisting in day to day operations.
Angie brings an astute knowledge of business operations and organization through prior experience in office administration in the construction industry.
